Suction Air Filter Housings

Suction air filter housings are critical components in turbo compressors and gas turbines, ensuring that incoming air is clean and free from contaminants. Types of Filter Housings: -

A. Static Filtration Systems:

Inlet static air filtration systems using replaceable media are engineered to purify air streams by removing fine particulates, ensuring the protection and efficiency of equipment like gas turbines and compressors. These systems are particularly effective in environments with high concentrations of fine, sticky, or light particles that are challenging to eliminate using self-cleaning mechanisms.

B. Pulse Self-Cleaning Filter System:

Pulse self-cleaning filters are vital for maintaining the efficiency and longevity of gas turbines and turbo compressors, especially in environments with high dust loads or challenging conditions. These systems utilize compressed air pulses to dislodge accumulated particulates from filter surfaces, allowing for continuous operation without frequent manual maintenance.

C. Inertial Separation System:

Inertial separation is an excellent pre-filtration system, particularly suitable in environments with high dust concentration as desert areas, mines, steel and foundry factories, cement industries.
