Wax Booth Filter
Single sheets of fluted cellulose virgin craft paper are impregnated and treated to provide both longevity and efficient wetting. The fluted sheets are adhered together to form a block and wax booth pads are cut from the blocks as per customer’s size and specifications. Thermal setting resins are used to strengthen the paper and achieve water absorbance The resin impregnation and cure creates a rigid paper product that is self-supporting and water absorbent.
AFi pads are available in custom flute sizes i.e. 7mm or 5mm and angles like 45/45°, 45/15°, 60/15° and so on and sizes as produced per as each customer’s requirement.
