Coarse & Fine Filters
Coarse and fine filters are classifications for different types of filtration systems, each designed to capture particles of varying sizes. Coarse filters typically remove larger particles like dust, debris, and hair, while fine filters are designed to capture smaller particles like pollen, bacteria, and viruses.
HD Series
Filter made out of imported non woven media of 150g supported by 1 layer of coarse woven mesh on air entry side and 1 layer of heavy duty aluminium expanded mesh on air exit side, finally housed in a galvanized / Aluminum frame, flange or box type. All four sides are potted with a special PU resin with sponge effect. 100% media is machine pleated to face the max air flow turbulence during operations.
CB-25
The filter radial wedge pleat ensures that the greatest media area is exposed to the air flow to promote uniform dust loading. An incremental structure of frame retardant synthetic fiber filter media, confirming to European DIN53438 is glued with fine Aluminum mesh to give maximum grid throughout. Finally housed in a water proofing cardboard frame.
SF Series
Filter made out of imported non woven compressed felt of 250 grams supported by 1 layer of fine woven mesh on air entry side and 1 layer of heavy duty pvc mesh on air exit side, finally housed in a galvanized / Aluminum frame, flange or box type. All four sides are potted with a special PU resin with sponge effect. 100% media is machine pleated to face the max air flow turbulence during operations.
Nylon Mesh Filter
The nylon primary air filter is made up of PP fiber textile molding, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant. The resistant is low thus can be washed on a regular basis and the arrested dust can be easily cleaned, the filtration efficiency is also not affected by regular cleaning. High quality PP fiber textile black nylon net is housed in a galvanized frame in flat construction with either a grid or a rod support.
