<h2>Pulse Jet Cartridge Filter (Conical & Cylindrical / Cylindrical & Cylindrical)</h2> The filter cartridges are especially designed to meet the strict demands of gas turbine air filtration systems. The filter media used in these filters provides high protection to gas turbines. The outstanding durability and the high efficiency of the filter media decreases the risk of dust entering due to media failure or due to high dust penetration. The filters are available in both, self-cleaning pulse and static type and are suitable for vertical and horizontal design. Typical range from F7 or MERV 13 up to EPA grade.

Developed by AFI, Augmented Self Cleaning Filters are designed for gas turbines and diesel engines operating in high-dust environments. They employ inertial separation to remove up to 75% of intake dust before it reaches the filters. The remaining particles are captured by filters. A reverse pulse of compressed air cleans the filters, and the extracted particles are removed through a secondary air circuit, preventing re-entrainment and maintaining low differential pressure. These filters feature self-cleaning synthetic-cellulose media that resists humidity, extending filter life. A moulded gasket ensures an airtight seal, preventing air bypass. The durable galvanized steel frame construction protects the media packs, making them suitable for high-dust environments.

AFi's Auto Viscous filter is a self cleaning viscous filter using a rotating curtain of metal panels as the filtering mat. Behind the filter mat is an endless roll of oil drop eliminator. A timer controlled, totally enclosed thermally protected geared motor rotates the filter media & oil drop eliminator which pass through a viscous oil bath located at the bottom of the filter. The viscous oil cleans the filter media & the oil eliminator minimizes the carry over oil droplets into the air stream. The sludge collected in the oil bath needs to be cleaned periodically.

MPR pocket filters are unique premium coalesce pre-filters in reverse air flow direction. The MPR pocket filters serve as efficient pre or final filters in air intake systems of Gas turbines in any environmental condition (including off-shore, marine) and in any climate (including tropical). They efficiently remove air borne particulate matter but also snow, mist and fog acting as a filter and a coalescer in one. MPR filters are specially designed for the elimination of free water and air borne salt crystals. Where subsequent final filters are placed, they protect them not only from coarse dust but also from running in wet conditions. The MPR filters do significantly prolong the filter life time of the final filter and also increase their operational safety.

The ZFb series are rigid welded pocket filters consists of a series of synthetic media pocket built up in non woven layers to ensure mechanical filter cake build up & eliminate fiber shedding. The filter media is thermally bonded synthetic micro fibers that are extremely durable and totally resistant to damage caused by turbulent air or mishandling. Made from 100% branded polyester. Pockets are aerodynamically designed for full media utilization.

Filter made out of imported non woven media of 150g supported by 1 layer of coarse woven mesh on air entry side and 1 layer of heavy duty aluminium expanded mesh on air exit side, finally housed in a galvanized / Aluminum frame, flange or box type. All four sides are potted with a special PU resin with sponge effect. 100% media is machine pleated to face the max air flow turbulence during operations.
