Air Curtains

AFi Air curtains are designed for installation in shops, office buildings, hotels, restaurants and clean room doorway. They discharge a curtain of air, which effectively shut out outside air. Use them to keep out insects, unpleasant smell, and dust from indoor where a large number of people pass in and out. These air curtains also prevent air escaping from an air-conditioned room.

Air Showers

AFi offers a wide range of entry control products, of which the air showers are a prime product. AFi's air showers offer electronically interlocked doors, timer adjustable blower settings, adjustable nozzles for flow & direction, as well as options for proximity sensing actuation, manual override, panic button, floor level aspiration. Models are available in a number of sizes ranging from the smallest single man showers, to tunnels for large personal and material handling. Choice of material of construction between CRCA, powder coated, & SS-304 are offered. All showers are self-contained self-alone units, which require a minimum of on-site erection, & maintenance. Heavy duty motors & switching, & H13 rated HEPA filters ensures superb performance through out the life of the air showers.

BioSafety Cabinets

We are manufacturers of bio safety cabinets class 100 and class 10000 in India since 1989. Our bio safety cabinets are widely used for day to day clean room activities involving high risk pathogens, etiological agents, non volatile radio nuclisides and limited degree of low toxic chemicals for various applications in research labs of all the branches of medical, agriculture, basic and applied science. We specialize in both standard and customized models of bio safety cabinets specially designed to meet the challenging demands of various scientists for individual and specialized research applications. Over a short period of time AFi brand have been established as reliable exporters of bio safety cabinets in India. We are catering to the huge market in South East Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe. Our bio safety cabinet is designed to conform to the united state federal standard 209B/BS5295 and meets the class 100 conditions along with British standard 5726. Our units are fabricated of industrial grade wooden boards covered with mica sheets. The inner portion of all our bio safety cabinets is painted with epoxy paint coating for extra long life. The working table is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of grade SS-304. The side panels made out of heavy plexi glass sheets are mounted on anodized aluminum frames. The whole unit is supplied with differential manometer to gauge the pressure drop in the unit while operation, beside the gas cock, power socket etc.

Garment Cabinet

AFi's GARMENT Cabinets are specially designed to prevent deposit of dust and other particles on clean room garments when not in use. An integral HEPA filter and blower assembly provides a continuous wash of class 100 air over the garments.

Integrated Supply Unit

It is used as the terminal filtration of air supply system for plant of high cleanliness and clean room to ensure the flow speed and to avoid eddy current effectively. The filter efficiency is over 99.99% for particles ?0.3 micron and the cabinet is made by high-quality galvanized steel, cold-rolled steel or stainless steel plate with fireproof and insulating layer outside.

Laminar Floor Benches- Horizontal

AFi's horizontal (cross flow) laminar flow benches have been developed to protect the products in the working space against outside contamination. The benches are made from plastic coated wood melamine. The side and top panels of the work area are made from high quality polished glass. Fluorescent lights are mounted above the working space. On the suction side of the fan pre filters are mounted to filter the ambient air. After the fan the pre filtered air comes in a supply plenum and finally leaves the unit through final stage HEPA filters.

Laminar Floor Benches- Vertical

Our Vertical Laminar Flow Down Flow Benches have been developed to protect products in the working space against contamination. AFi's down flow benches additionally provide protection of the operator by ensuring that particles, bacteria or viruses in the working space cannot contaminate the user nor the environment. Our benches are made from wooden plates covered with hard plastic (Melamine). Stainless Steel execution available as option. The operating principle is based on creating a laminar or unidirectional airflow in the working space.

OT Plenum

AFi offers a wide range of clean air filtration modules for wall mounting (pressurizing type) or for ceiling mounting (recirculating type), including specific modules configured for operation theater duty, and with option of built in DX type air conditioning , ultraviolet bactericidal, and positive control of temperature, humidity & airborne particle unit. OT modules are specialized filtration modules incorporating additional features of bactericidal effect, as well as special provisions for surgical and general lighting, conducting for anesthetic gasses, electrical cabling, & other customized features which are essential in a modern operation theater. These modules create a sterile environment in the 'critical' zone, & achieve zero bacteria colony counts in the wound vicinity. They are therefore extremely helpful in alliminating post-operative complications which arise due to infection.</span>

Pass Boxes (Dynamic & Static)

Controlling the ingress of particulate contamination into clean rooms and other controlled environments is paramount in order to maintain the integrity of products and processes. Personnel traffic is the most important factor which must be controlled. AFi Pass Boxes (Dynamic & Static) and are an effective solution as they allow materials to be transferred into the controlled environment without actual personnel movement. They may also be used to protect the external environment from egress of contamination, for example, in biological safety laboratory applications.

Sterile Trolleys

AFi specializes in manufacturing a varied range of clean room sterile trolleys for storage and transport of sterile products. The stable and self-supporting body is made of stainless steel and the top and back surfaces are reinforced for maximum durability. The doors are double-walled and feature noise insulation. The trolley is suitable for transporting sterile goods within the hospital or from building to building. The new design sterile trolleys from AFi allow's you to change from angled support brackets to shelves in seconds without tools. Shelves, manufactured from stainless steel CNS 18/10 or angled support brackets can be hooked onto the internal frame and are adjustable with a spacing of 175 mm. The brackets offer you the flexibility to store and transport STU containers, heavy load extensions or sterile product baskets.
