Demister Coalesceing PADS

AFi's DCP-81 is been imported from Germany and is a heavy-duty, high efficiency mist eliminator pad that can be used in several different configurations to meet the specific needs of any application. Because the DCP-81 Pad operates at a low pressure drop and is easily replaceable, it is economical to use in engine and compressor Usage Zone. The unique construction of the DCP-81 Pad provides excellent free moisture removal at velocities up to 850 FPM.

Disposable Glass Fibre Pads

AFI's DGF-80 is been imported from Germany and is been used in both onshore and offshore locations as a prefilter It is a disposable, adhesive impregnated glass fiber pad held in a permanent retaining frame. The frame provides a quick opening latch, allowing the DGF-80 to be easily replaced. Since no filter frame is required with each purchase, the DGF-80 is less expensive to replace when compared to beverage board or plastic framed filters. Also available in Roll & pad form

Roller Tape Filter

AFi's imported Roll O matic filters are made of an elastic glass fiber material of progressive construction. This means, that the fibers are increasing in density in direction to the clean air side. Comes with a glass fiber backing mesh and an optional spool.

T-Series High Loft Media

Our imported T-Series heavy duty non woven synthetic hi-loft media can be delivered in cut pads or rolls. Very useful as blow set or as Pre filter pads. Very commonly used in window ventilation units, fan coils, air conditioning installations, kitchen hoods, industrial ventilation systems and as Pre filter's in paint spray cabins.

ZF Series Media

The specially laminated ZF Series non woven synthetic filter media is primarily used for making Pocket Filters and can be delivered in cut pads or rolls. Pockets can be made from G3-M6 gardes. Very commonly used in window ventilation units, fan coils, air conditioning installations, kitchen hoods, industrial ventilation systems and as prefilter in paint spray cabins.
